Return & Exchange Policy

A Note About Our Handmade Pieces

All Dhrut pieces are handcrafted by artisans using natural materials. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the images on our website. These natural variations make your jewelry special!

Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges and returns for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products

How to Request

Within 24 hours of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at support.dhrut@piederums.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the item
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review and approve your request
  3. Once approved, we'll arrange pickup and send your replacement or store credit after inspection

Shipping Costs

The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

What You'll Receive

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Direct replacement - pickup from the same address. (For a different address, additional charges may apply)
  • Other valid returns: Store credit coupon (valid for 6 months)

What We Cannot Accept

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items already exchanged once
  • Products in used or damaged condition
  • Minor color variations (natural to handmade pieces)

Refunds

We don't offer cash refunds. All returns receive store credit, except:

  • Packages lost in transit (refund in 7-10 days for prepaid orders)
  • When replacement isn't possible for damaged items

No refunds for:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Failed delivery (after 3 attempts)
  • Refused packages
  • Minor handmade variations

International Orders

Same policy applies. Lost package refunds take 30-34 days.
